Strawberry Coconut Kale Smoothie

This morning I did a Toneitup Workout in my living room. If you havent experienced their works or community, you’re missing out! I’ve been using their workouts for years, I honestly can’t remember how long. Okay.. atleast 5 years so far. They are fun, quirky and helps to keep you motivated and accountable. Anyways, after I did a full body and a BOOTY/yoga flow workout I made this concoction. It weirdly tasted like strawberry fruit rollup, which to me is amazing so I loved it 🙂

Strawberry Coconut Kale Smoothie

Serves: 1 Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Kale
  • 1 Cup of frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp of Thrive Market coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 scoop of vanilla perfect fit protein powder (a protein powder will do)
  • 1/2 cup of sugar free coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 handful of granola

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix that baby up!! Make sure to top it with some crunchy granola and extra coconut flakes 🙂
