Mango Kiwi Cauliflower Smoothie to warm things up a bit!! I had to share my recipe because I am craving some warmth, even if it just comes from the bright colors in this picture. It is still so cold here in CT. I’m dreaming of drinking this drank somewhere MUCH warmer.


Mango Kiwi Cauliflower Smoothie

Serves: 1 Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 scoop of tone it up plant based vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi (for topping)

1. Using my Nutribullet I added the cauliflower, mango and almond milk first.

2. Once that was blended I added the remaining indredients

3. Top with kiwi after smoothie is blended
