Avocado Toast – Gluten Free

One of favorite breakfast or lunch alternatives is avocado toast. Sometimes this is hard to get out of the house because of the limited gluten-free bread options out there. That’s why I tend to make so much food at home.

This easy recipe is full of flavor and taste so fresh. I also truly love Canyon Bakehouse, gluten free bread. Some gluten free bread can break or crumbled really easily but this one tastes like the real thing! Check them out 🙂

Gluten Free Avocado Toast

Serves: 1 Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • Gluten free toast
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Arugula
  • Goat Cheese
  • Red and Yellow tomatoes
  • Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

1. Lightly toast your gluten free bread

2. Spread on your ripe halved avocado

3. Add a small handful of arugula

4. Topped with your red and yellow diced tomatoes

5. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes

6. ENJOY for lunch or breakfast 🙂
