My new thing is concocting my smoothies the night before. My roommate would probably kill me if I started making this at 6am sooooo I make them at night 🙂 Works out great because it leaves me very little to do when I wake up and I have a healthy treat waiting for me in the fridge. It’s in an airtight container, so I’d definitely suggest using something that you can seal tightly in order to keep it fresh.
Ingredients
- - Handful of frozen blackberries
- - 1 Cup frozen chopped spinach
- - 1/2 Cup siggis dairy plain yogurt
- - Tsp of cinnamon
- - Tsp of turmeric
- - 1 tbsp of honey
- Topped with: cocounut flakes, granola and chia seeds
